While many of the patrons were women, men will enjoy it as well. A wide variety of chicken salads from very mild to very spicy. The sides are also tasty. For those that love sweet peach tea, they have that. I saw large cake slices for sale.

I haven't been this impressed with a meal in forever. I had the BLT with the classic chicken salad, and it was phenomenal. I loved the pasta salad, but the grape salad was the best! I'm going back for more of those sugar cookies later, too. 10/10

It was my first visit and it was great! The food was very delicious, great service and the atmosphere was pleasant. I enjoyed my first visit to this restaurant and I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich as well as the chicken tortilla soup. Yummy!!! 😋 I will return for more delicious food and I highly recommend this restaurant. You won't be disappointed. I dined in for lunch with a friend who was a regular at this restaurant and we got food to go for supper.

Great quick and casual place. They don't play music and it's not particularly loud even when it's busy so lovely for groups wanting a casual meal and the ability to talk as a table. We've had lunch here and picked up chicken salad to make sandwiches at home for dinner. The food is excellent, service is always friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is very cute and cheerful - my husband loves the food but isn't so sure about the decor, but he's not the target audience for that part.

Having previously visited the Fairview location of Chicken Salad Chick, I knew what to expect when visiting the Frisco location. The interior is decorated appropriately like grandma's house, and the food is excellent. This time I tried Lauryn's Lemon Basil and Olivia's Old South and to be honest both were good and not that different with the main taste still being the chicken and mayo. The broccoli salad here is very good and I wish more places made broccoli salad like this. Overall, they stick to what they do well and they do chicken salad very well.

Had a fantastic experience at Chicken Salad Chick. The chicken salad was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, with plenty of delicious varieties to choose from. Everything tasted homemade and high quality. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided quick service. The restaurant was clean, bright, and welcoming, making it a great place for a light and satisfying meal. Great food, great value.

OKAYYYY HIDDEN GEM 💎 I’d give it a 10 if I could! We had come across this place a while back and decided today was the day we tried it. My expectations were exceeded! Let’s start with the menu- plenty of flavors and choices. You can tell they got some serious family recipes back there. Atmosphere- very homey! Felt right at home. What stood out the most was the table mantle.. it brought me back childhood memories. Also their location is very clean. Loved that. Parking - there’s plenty out front Taste- tasty and delicious! Fresh ingredients, flavorful options, desserts were yummy! One of my new favorite spots from now on!

Absolutely loved this place! I’ve been in the area multiple times and always wanted to try it finally did, and it was 100% worth it. The whole place was such a vibe with a really great atmosphere and overall feel. I tried the chicken melt with two salads, and everything was amazing. The chicken melt was flavorful and really well made, and the salads were super fresh and delicious. The recommendations definitely lived up to the hype. Also the people were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Great food, great service, and an awesome ambiance. Definitely coming back and would highly recommend checking this place out!

Love this franchise! If you live in the Denton location, this is the closest option so, make the trek! The broccoli salad is perfection, by far my favorite thing on the menu. My favorite option is grabbing food from here for family gatherings. The prices are great and all of the food holds up perfectly for a local event. The management at this location was busy filling a huge catering order when I walked in and it did not delay a single order in the location. It was an overall great expereince.

My wife saw this place online. We made a day of it heading over to D/FW to check it out. Pleasantly greeted and took a minute to order, the selection is so wide. Received order quickly and LOVED IT! We each selected two different flavors for a taste testing. If you like chicken salad, this is a "must try"! Also, those cookies, WOW! They were all that and more!
